We are thrilled to announce that our real estate business is growing and evolving! Early in this career journey it became crystal clear to me that no one succeeds alone (which also happens to be the title of a great (and short) book written by Robert Reffkin, the CEO of Compass).
About a year ago I hired Kasey to take on operations and marketing for the business. This was a massive shift because it freed up hours in my week that I had been spending transaction coordinating, creating flyers, editing videos, scheduling vendors, creating social media posts… offloading these tasks allowed me to have more conversations with brokers and clients, which led to more house matchmaking for our sellers and buyers (**the ultimate goal**).
Our vision for FORM is to provide space for a small number of highly skilled, high integrity agents to workshop unique and effective marketing methods for our sellers for maximum listing exposure, sharpen skills (iron sharpens iron), cover for each other when occasionally away, and provide an outstanding full service experience for our clients.
