Applewood, Colorado January Market Highlights

Each month I track Applewood’s housing trends closely. Keep in mind that real estate data is lagging, and December's numbers reflected a stable and balanced market heading into the new year. Prices remained steady, buyers benefited from increased inventory and more time to evaluate homes, and sellers continued to secure strong results close to list price. Even with a median of 39 days on market, well prepared and well priced homes continued to perform reliably.
