Looking specifically at West Highland Denver homes for sale, the current median list price as of July 2022 was $925,000, and the median days on the market was 19. At 4% of the median list price, you can expect an increase of $37,000. At 20%, you can expect an increase above your list price to the tune of $185,000! With the much shorter median days on the market for the Highland area of Denver, you can expect your staged property to move off the market in under ten days at two times the speed or in as few as 2.4 days at eight times the speed!
