Applewood, Colorado March Market Highlights

Each month I track Applewood’s housing trends closely. Keep in mind that real estate data is lagging, and March’s numbers pointed to a market that remains healthy while continuing to normalize. Prices were up both month over month and year over year, inventory stayed elevated compared to last spring, and buyers had more options and slightly more time to evaluate homes. Even as homes took a bit longer to sell than they did a year ago, well prepared and well priced properties continued to attract strong interest and close close to list price.
